We value our senior customers. We offer 10% discount on cab fares for all seniors. In addition, our drivers are instructed to assist our senior customers with their mobility issues, groceries, and any other special needs they may have. If you require special assistance, please let our dispatchers know or include a note when booking taxi through our Taxi Booking app.
Customers with Disabilities
We believe in accommodation of people with disabilities. Our drivers are trained to treat disabled people with care to make sure their needs are met. We will be able to help our passengers get around safely regardless of their disabilities.
Our drivers will assist customers with their mobility aids in getting in and out of the taxi. Mobility aids include guide dogs, walkers, canes, crutches, braces, power or manual wheelchairs, and electric scooters. It is against our company policy to refuse service to customers with mobility aids.
